Zeu Double Zip Women's Waterproof

I have a very high instep, double-wide foot and we are active all winter. I have not had a good experience buying boots, even when I can go into a store. Out of sheer desperation, I ordered these ones - I live in Thunder Bay ON and they were in Winnipeg. It was the start of the Christmas holidays and I was anticipating a long wait for delivery. I fully expected them to be yet another footwear fail.

Delivery took only a few days! I was impressed at the short turnaround time just before Christmas!

I was further impressed when the boots fit perfectly! The width, support, and double zippers make all the difference. Not only do they have shape once they are done up, but they lived up to their claim of being waterproof! The day after they arrived we helped a friend move. It turned out to be very mild and by the end of the day, we were unloading while standing in slush and water. Not a drop came through to my feet. Even better, there was no salt mark or water line when the outside of the boot dried. I don't mind paying for the fit and quality when both live up to the claims made!

The added touch came in a "Thank you" card signed by Cameron. Even more impressive was the one-page sheet detailing how to return the boots if they did not fit. The requirements were laid out simply and clearly. It would have made a return so easy...I am thankful I didn't have to use the information.

I will not hesitate to order again! Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service!
