- Supportive orthotic friendly shoesThese shoes even in regular width feel like wide for me. I used the spacer to make proper fitting. As well I had to go to a half size bigger as in my regular size for other brands my toes were just at the end of the shoes. These shoes have medium cushioning what makes them comfortable. Velcro is good options who has troubles with the laces. I would recommend these shoes for somebody who need to accommodate orthotics.
